Insight Global Secret IT Program Manager in Alexandria, Virginia
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared IT Program Manager to support a federal client of ours onsite in Alexandria, VA. The main responsibilities of this role include management, technical support, and financials. This individual will be accountable for high level oversight of various IT Projects, client relationships, personnel development, and the coordination of necessary resources. The day-to-day includes:
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
Work with all stakeholders to identify appropriate resources and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
Oversee a variety of IT Services Teams, synergizing them to mission success.
-Measure project performance to stay within established budgets and timelines, while providing exceptional quality.
Monitor and update spend plans, adjust allocations to revised budget controls.
Assist with estimation, preparation, and justification in planning, programming, and budgeting activities

Skills and Requirements
Active Secret clearance or higher
Bachelor's degree in technical field
PMP certification or similar
10+ years of IT experience, including networking and cloud
5+ years of program management experience, including financial management
Proficiency with programmatic financial, ranging from LOEs to Cost of Milestone Plans
Fantastic communication skills and ability to articulate requirements - Master's degree in related field
Technical certification
Experience with PeopleSoft null
