Insight Global REMOTE Microsoft Dynamics Developer in Allen Park, Michigan

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to support a Contact Center team working on an on-going customer engagement web-based application. The purpose of this application is to be solution providers for customer relationships and to create improvements for the end users as they send in requests and start their assistance process with the agents. This team focuses specifically within different channels of communication from agents to customers including chats, SMS, emails and phone calls. The role will be 50% new development within dynamics, 50% triaging issues and end to end regression testing. They are seeking out a strong developer who will be able to work in an agile environment and can work independently within the technology stack present.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing code within Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Focus areas on Customer Service Workspace (CSW) and/or Customer Engagement (CE)

  • 5+ years of experience with C# and Javascript

  • Hands-on experience on Power Apps, Power Platform, Canvas Apps - Experience with MS Omnichannel for Customer Service including chat, SMS, email, etc.

  • Experience or exposure to Twilio

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud

  • Strong experience Service-Level Agreements (SLA's) and creating a case system

  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) null
