Insight Global Technical Writer in Apex, North Carolina
Job Description
* Develop and maintain job plans for maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with organizational quality standards.
* Write, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions across various departments, from plant engineering to utility and process maintenance.
* Collaborate closely with the quality team and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and quality of all technical documents.
* Act as the initial drafter for documentation, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
* Review documents with the team, incorporating feedback, and refining content as necessary.
* Work in partnership with the final reviewer to ensure all technical documentation is accurate and complete before publication.
