Insight Global Program Manager in Arlington, Virginia

Job Description

You and your team will seek to determine the return on investment of federal education programs and help inform future legislation by identifying, obtaining, and analyzing data and using this information to publish reports on GI Bill populations. As the Program Manager, you are ultimately responsible for product management, team management, program finance management, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

 Provide guidance, support, mentorship, and direction to a team of 13 that includes experts in institutional research, data scientists, and data analysts.

 Manage a remote team, distributed throughout the country, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.

 Serve as the liaison between the project team and government stakeholders.

 Take responsibility where final decisions are necessary.

The hourly pay range for this position is $65-$75 an hour based on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse and geographically distributed group of professionals.

 Proficiency and demonstrated experience in Agile program facilitation.

 10+ years of experience - at least 5 of which in a role that requires planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

 Experience in a government setting preferred.

 Strategic thinking with the ability to align team efforts with customer goals.

 Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

 Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.

 Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Business, or Education. null
