Insight Global Secret Sr. PowerApps Developer in Arlington, Virginia
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. PowerApps Developer to support a DoD program based out of Arlington, VA. The work can be performed primarily remotely with having to report onsite to either Arlington, VA or Ashburn, VA a few times per month. The ideal candidate will have experience building complex Power Apps Canvas applications and Portal using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. As an Agile Scrum team member, you will write tasks and tests related to a specific user story to ensure requirements are met within standards. You will accurately estimate assigned work and report status and barriers at daily Scrum team sessions. Salary ranges from $150k-$210k per year depending on years of experience, degree, certifications, etc.
Responsibilities include:
* Technical lead/member of the Agile team.
* Senior Power Apps developer utilizing "model-driven" design.
* Develop client facing web site and forms utilizing PowerApps Portal.
* Maintain application baseline in multiple environments.
* Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to perform process modelling and develop data validation processes.
* Work with system stakeholders to capture data requirements for each process model.
* Ensure application processes stay in sync with business processes.
* Work with the cybersecurity engineer to create System Interface Agreements (SIA) for all data exchanges.
* Assist Business Analyst in the development and technical evaluation of requirements.
* Manage and respond to user tickets.
* Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
* Work with the Cyber security engineer to remediate security findings.

Skills and Requirements
* Active Secret DoD security clearance (interim will be considered).
* College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
* Minimum of 10-years related technical experience.
* DoD 8570-01 compliant for "IAT Level II" or higher - Current CompTIA "Security+ CE" certification or equivalent. Ability to attain will be considered.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
* Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic, and a self-starter.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
* Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving complex technical challenges.
* Experience and comfort working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment.
* Experience and comfort leading a high-performing team of developers.
* Experience building product roadmaps that align with customer strategic objectives.
* Works well with limited oversight.
* Expert developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven and Canvas App, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in an Azure environment.
* Expert in developing reports, charts and graphs using Power BI. * Experience with designing and implementing data models in A365.
* Experience developing SharePoint customized apps using Power Apps.
* Design and develop data exchanges in accordance with the System Interface Agreements.
* Experience developing modern pages on SharePoint Online.
* Experience developing in a DoD cloud environment.
* Familiar with RMF/RMF 2.0 and ATO/ATC. null
