Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a fully remote Sr. Business Systems Specialist to join a healthcare platform provider organization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the company's existing Salesforce platform as well as collaborating with others to build out their new Salesforce 2.0 platform. They will assist with building out workflows, setting up new users with permissions, identifying and implementing Salesforce configuration changes, troubleshooting tickets, among other administrative tasks. A qualified candidate is someone who can excel with data analytics and sales forecasting in an agile work environment.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce administrative experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Strong Salesforce Service Cloud background (Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce CPQ, etc.)
Experience with data analytics and sales forecasting utilizing SQL/SOQL + Tableau
Ability to build out Salesforce workflows
Ability to excel in Jira and agile environments
Strong strategic and analytical background - Bachelor's degree
Additional Salesforce certifications
Salesforce development experience
Salesforce DocuSignCLM development experience
Salesforce Apex code experience null
