Insight Global System Administrator- Team Lead- Secret in Arlington, Virginia
Job Description
-Effectively communicate and align team members' expectations regarding task assignments, work arrangements, and other departmental requirements.
-Ensure assigned networks is functional and monitored 24/7.
Provide expert project leadership and guidance to team as SME.
75-79/hr and 160-170K
-Oversee the activities and performance of direct reports.
Engage in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
-Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
-Implement technological alternatives to streamline functions and improve productivity.
-Document and maintain technology policies, standards, and procedures.
-Perform administration and operation functions as necessary in accordance with standards, policies, and procedure

Skills and Requirements
-6-10 years of relevant System Administration Experience
-Experience as a team lead or willing to do 80/20 technical to team lead experience with reports and leading a team of 4
-Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining both physical and virtual servers.
-Experience with DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and Windows Server 2012
-Demonstrated experience with Group Policy Management, to include creation of policies, troubleshooting and maintaining.
-Must possess a Security Plus CE certification
-Possess a secret clearance
-Willing to work 5 days in office and start between 7-9AM
-Work a rotational Saturday shift once a month n/a null
