Job Description
Insight Global's client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to be onsite in Ashburn, VA. This person will be supporting the design, documentation, integration, and test of both commercial and custom hardware components. They should be familiar with PCB design, schematic capture, and circuit boards.

Skills and Requirements
10-15 years of experience
Experience with CAD tools, such as, OrCAD, Allegro Altium, PADS, etc.
Experience with PCB assembly and test procedures.
Experience with laboratory test equipment- oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers, power supplies, DMM, etc.
Knowledge of hardware communication standards.
Strong verbal, writing, and documentation skills.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Experience with microcontrollers and microprocessor integration. - GPS, GNSS experience strongly desired.
Experience with Software Defines Radios (SDRs) and RF receivers.
Passion for learning new technologies.
-COTS System on module integration.
Ability to work independently, as well as having the ability to collaborate with team groups.
DoD Secret or TS cleared
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field null
