Job Description
* Collaborate with end users and customers to understand their business requirements and objectives.
* Design and propose creative solutions using SharePoint Online.
* Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and are delivered on time.
* Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
* Continuously improve processes and solutions by staying up to date with the latest SharePoint and PowerShell features and best practices.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
* Lead and mentor other team members, creating a positive and productive work environment.

Skills and Requirements
* 7+ Years of experience migrating from SharePoint On prem to SharePoint online
* 7+ Years of experience writing and automating in PowerShell
* Client Facing - Relationship maintaining (Internal stakeholders)
* Java script * Any Certification in SharePoint null
