Insight Global eSIM Device Product Analyst in Basking Ridge, New Jersey
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Business Devices and Device Service team for eSIM/SIM device management. The goal of this team is to validate, certify, and activate back-end POS systems for devices, and in this role, specifically, the responsibility will be surrounding the development of new business device features using eSIM technologies and drive them for on-time commercial deployment. This person will come from a product operations and process improvement background for the onboarding, research, and development of OEM and SIM vendors for retail and BYOD devices. This team is fast paced, dynamic, and since this is an operational team, this candidate should be comfortable working in a matrixed environment, proactively taking initiative and solutioning cross functionally. In order to be successful, they should have enterprise experience, a strong background in network or connectivity devices, product operations knowledge, including creating user stories and working in JIRA, and previous product go-to-market/launching experiences. We are seeking a passionate candidate who has excellent communication and desire to grow on a team. This role will be local to Basking Ridge, NJ, and will require an onsite presence twice a week.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise experience managing, validating, certifying, and testing mobile and compute devices on multiple operating systems like iOS, Android, windows, Chrome, etc.
- Previous device management or product management experience for network or connectivity technologies, creating user stories and business requirements for technical teams
- 4+ years of experience creating test strategy, test cases, and launch schedule using JIRA for go-to-market connectivity, OEM, and/or eIM products
- Dynamic and detailed problem solver
- Knowledge of IoT, 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, etc - Previous Verizon POS systems
- Previous OEM experience null
