Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a diversly experience recruiter to join a large manufacturing and technology company sitting hybrid in Van Buren Township, Belleville, Michigan. In this role, the recruiter be a full lifecycle recruiter, managing positions from sourcing to closing. The specific roles will vary between technical, business, and managerial roles, so we're looking for folks that have experience recruiting diverse, global skillsets in a full lifecycle model, including director-and-above roles. That being said, active sourcing is the primary component of this role, so it's important to bring strong sourcing skills to the table.

In addition to tactical recruiting responsibilities, this individual will also work with leadership to integrate teams and create a centralized, global recruiting force. This will be done by evaluating/challenging current processes, breaking down business unit silos, and proactively providing solutions to recruiting problems as they arise. Because of this added responsibility, the most-qualified candidates will have experience being disruptive and process re-engineering in the recruiting/TA space.

This position offers competitive compensation starting at $40/hr DOE, and health benefits.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including active sourcing, offer negotiation, and closing

• 5+ years of experience ranging a diverse set of skillsets, including business, IT, and managerial

• Experience working with senior-level leadership to hire director-level and above candidates

• Executive sourcing (director +) experience

• Strong experience liaising with senior level managers

• Multiple years of experience in recruiting process improvement and integrated recruiting

• Both global and domestic recruiting experience

• Strong sense of urgency and fire for the recruiting space - Agency background null
