Insight Global Facilities Refrigeration Analyst in Bentonville, Arkansas
Job Description
A large retailer is looking to grow their facilities team specifically with their refrigeration area. This individual will be responsible for analyzing data from previous and future tickets regarding refrigeration. This role will require someone to be very strong in excel as it will take up a large part of their day. They will also be writing emails, taking calls, and making call when necessary to identify missing information. We are looking for someone who is able and willing to come onsite to work amongst other individuals support facilities management.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in Excel
3+ years of experience writing professional emails to external customers
Comfortable to take and make calls to identify missing information/data
Previous experience in ServiceNow or a similar system Refrigeration knowledge null
