Job Description
A large retail client is looking for world class UX Designers in their People Design organization supporting 2M+ employees. As a part of this team, you'll design digital software products that deliver exceptional experiences for internal associates.

Skills and Requirements
Relocation to Bentonville, AR upon conversion is required
5+ years of experience as a UX Designer for digital software products
Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and site maps
Consumer grade UX experience
Interaction ID Design experience
Experience maintaining feature parity across web and mobile
Experience building a design system or overhauled a design system
Figma experience Conversational AI experience
Strong mobile experience null
