Insight Global Sr. AWS Cloud Consultant in Bethesda, Maryland
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Cloud Consultant to interface with the customer to obtain project requirements in an AWS environment. You will translate our customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan reviewing and identifying improvements in architecture products, design specifications, and requirements. This person will be working hand in hand with both the project managers and the cloud solutions architects to put these requirements to action and build out the AWS Cloud platforms. You will also be writing technical viewpoints analysis and presenting project proposals. In this role, you will be interacting with the customer heavily, so effective communication and efficiency is key for success. The ideal candidate will have the ability to uncover the hidden side of architectural designs and implementations to evolve the thinking of system owners and develop solutions to enhance systems. This role is offering around $110-135k.

Skills and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience architecting and/or developing solutions that operate on either AWS or Microsoft Azure Government
* Experience interfacing with the customer to obtain requirements, get updates, and project reviews to understand the task from a big picture perspective
o Experience also working side by side with cloud architects and project managers to complete these tasks
* Experience understating full project requirements and seeing it through until project completion
* Ability to obtain a public trust clearance * Prior experience working with CMS contracts or healthcare contracts
* Cloud certifications
* Experience working with TOGAF, DODAF, or other Enterprise Architecture frameworks null
