Job Description
A local healthcare client of ours is looking for Remote Sr. QA Lead to join their growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the QA processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met for our healthcare services. This role involves leading a team of QA specialists, developing and implementing QA testing strategies, and maintaining clear documentation of all QA activities.
The Lead QA Analyst is responsible for testing BI Data solutions and enterprise semantic model, while coordinating the development of these requirements with the Data engineering team. The Senior QA Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and to understand requirements, ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement of test strategies. Leads in collecting compliance evidence for SOX and/or HIPAA audits. The successful candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in healthcare. Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related field required
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analytics and Data testing tools developing reports and dashboards and ETL tools with 3 years minimum of leadership expereince
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Responsible for discovery, define testing strategy, leading User Acceptance testing strategy and deployments of Data solutions and reporting solutions
- Understand Data warehouse and Data mart models to define manual and automation testing processes for semantic layer designs on enterprise self-service reporting
- Utilize experience on various BI and data tools like PowerBI, Azure Data Engineering methodologies (ASQL, ADF, ADL, Logicapp, etc..), Snowflake, Azure DevOps to build the test mechanisms and participate in CI/CD change release strategy - Healthcare background is preferred but a plus! null
