Insight Global Sr. Business Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts
Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA) to support their Salesforce implementation. The BA will support the System Integrator and the business as they implement Salesforce across their organization. Responsibilities will include gathering requirements, writing user stories and systems documentation, vendor management, testing and implementation of projects and enhancements to meet the project objectives. The BA should be well-versed large scale projects that involve documenting and sending reports to stakeholders, vendors and the business. Previous Salesforce implementation experience is desired. This project is currently in the discovery stages and this person will be expected to see this project through completion. This position will require the individual to come onsite two times a week to Boston for the beginning of the project and then come onsite as needed.
The BA must have sufficient knowledge of working in an Information Technology (IT) environment. Ensure the entire scope of work aligns with organizational objectives, standard operational procedures, and standard practices. They will need to have strong documentation skills, facilitating meetings with the business, and be able to work cross functionally with the vendor.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $75/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
* 7-10+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst
* Experience working with external vendors (preferably on a Salesforce implementation project)
* Experience with agile methodology - reviewing user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is correct, help with testing, etc.
* Extremely advanced with documentation, and strong writing skills * Six Sigma certification
* Previous experience working on a Salesforce implementation project null
