Job Description

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our Boulder-based physical medicine practice, you will play a vital role in assisting patients on their rehabilitation journey. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the physical therapist, implementing treatment plans, and providing compassionate care to improve patients functional abilities.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist patients during therapy sessions, following the treatment plan established by the physical therapist.

Rehabilitation Support: Provide rehabilitative therapy to patients based on evaluations and individualized plans of care.

Education: Educate patients on exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment interventions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
