Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a School Based Occupational Therapist within the greater Boulder, Colorado area. This Occupational Therapist will develop and implements individualized interventions for students, focusing on fine motor, gross motor, visual motor, sensory processing, and daily living activities. This individual will play a key role in the IEP process, implementing services, documenting progress, and participating in multidisciplinary teams. They adapt and create specialized instructional materials or adaptive equipment based on student needs. The pay range for this role varies from $30 to $55 an hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting
Active Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider license with an endorsement in School Occupational Therapist - Extreme proficiency and understanding of sensory integration issues null
