Insight Global Biostatistician in Brentwood, Tennessee

Job Description

A clinical research organization (CRO) client is looking for a Biostatistician to work remotely 15-20 hours per week to start. This person will join a team of 2 and support biostatistical work for various clinical programs and trials. On a day-to-day basis, this Technician will spend their time writing analysis plans, performing various statistical analysis, partner with the programming team to quality control their work and answer any questions. Other duties include: data monitoring, client-facing presentations and participating in client meetings. Experience with SAS, R, and regulatory compliance is important as well. Expected pay rate: $55-$60 per hour.

Skills and Requirements

-Master's degree or PhD in mathematics, statistics, data science or similar discipline

-8-10 years of biostatistics experience in a clinical research, clinical trial, or pharmaceutical development, or health system setting

-Experience with SAS programming, R

-Strong presentation skills with client-facing experience

-Experience and understanding of regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP) -Previous work experience in the ophthalmology or retina specialty null
