About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with a strong background in procurement and data management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in large organizations with multiple ERP systems and will be proficient in facilitating scrums and managing projects using agile methodologies. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate complex projects, manage scope effectively, and keep the team focused on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Procurement Data Expertise

Utilize deep knowledge of procurement processes and data management to drive project success and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

• Agile Methodologies

Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Implement and promote agile practices within the team.

• Scope Management:

Identify and manage project scope, preventing scope creep through effective requirement gathering, clear documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, data, IT, and business units, to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Risk Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project continuity and minimizing impact on project deliverables.

• ERP Systems:

Leverage experience with multiple ERP systems to integrate and align project goals with organizational objectives.

• Reporting and Documentation

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and issue logs. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Skills and Requirements

Strong understanding of procurement processes and procurement data

o Spend channels, data collection, vendor portfolios

 Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience facilitating scrum ceremonies.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Experience working with ERP systems (SAP S4 HANA & Ariba)

 Experience working with IT to create dashboards Experience working with power BI

 Experience working with HANA Cubes null
