Insight Global On-Site Audio Visual A/V Technician in Camden, New Jersey

Job Description

Maintain and troubleshoot A/V systems including Neat/Polycom devices, speakers, monitors, whiteboards, Neat pods, Crestron schedulers, touch panels, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs).

 Ensure operational functionality of all A/V equipment in various conference rooms and spaces, promptly addressing any issues.

 Update and manage tickets within ServiceNow.

 Provide excellent customer service and support to approximately 300 employees at the location.

 Work proactively to identify and resolve potential A/V issues before they impact end-users.

 Collaborate with the installation team and report directly to the Helpdesk and Manager team in Wall, NJ.

Skills and Requirements

Fresh graduates in IT through - to any experience level are welcome; ambition, passion, and a proactive attitude are a MUST

 Knowledge of A/V technology and equipment is essential

 Must know Servicenow ticketing system how to enter, close, and maintain tickets

 Organizational skills and the ability to respond promptly to customer needs. null
