Job Description
We have an IMMEDIATE need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our headquarters in Dallas. With over 40 years in the business, we are a well-established company providing the highest quality of service in our industry.
Essential functions/duties of the position:
Customer Invoicing
Service Work Order Preparation & Processing (One Location)
Collections
Selected Management Reports

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ experience in accounts receivables
- Experience with invoicing and collections
- Accounting software experience. NetSuite is preferred.
- Strong experience in Excel
- Some college (does not need a Bachelors)
- Great communication skills and outgoing personality -- this is huge!
- Pass BG and Drug Test null
