Insight Global Financial Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description

This Automotive Group is the largest privately-owned dealership in America. Their thriving Charlotte-based automotive retail business is looking add an experienced Tableau Reporting Analyst to add to their team. This position's main job duties involve reviewing the store's monthly performance metrics to present to leadership. Additionally, they are responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis. This individual will review and analyze monthly dealership operations and corporate financial results. This individual will assist with daily and monthly financial reporting, the annual budgeting process, special projects, and ad hoc analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): participate in the month-end close and analysis of operating results, prepare/review and distribute daily and monthly financial reports, develop/maintain and distribute Tableau reports, and provide support to dealership leadership regarding financial reporting & analysis.

Skills and Requirements

* 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis

* Strong SQL skills

* Experience with Tableau reporting and analytics

* 4-year college degree (Major: Finance or Accounting preferred)

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Excellent Communication skills (including communicating financial information to non-financial individuals)

* Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills * Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM & FDMEE)

* Dealership/ Rentals knowledge

* Experience with Google Docs null
