Insight Global Treasury Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Description
Daily Priorities:
* Manage liquidity to sufficient level to pay all approved payments on time. Including retaining liquidity buffer to manage risk.
* Ensure all payments are made on time including wires, ACH, and intercompany payments based on approved
* Capital calls consistent with agreements
* Review and proactively manage compliance associated with credit agreements
* Maintain compliance with all debt agreements through the monitoring and management of communication and action plans related to covenants
* Maintain 13-week cash forecast at detail of source and uses material to the limitations/requirements needed for cash management
* Build, update, and improve 52-week indirect cash forecast within Planful
* Weekly reporting on actual cash spend to plan, implications of variances, and new forecast
* Develop and implement Treasury policies and procedures and ensure compliance with those policies
* Manage and develop team members
* Manages activities related to financial reporting, tax compliance, international accounting, and consolidations.
* Provides cash management planning for both domestic efforts.
* Often part of the executive team and reports directly to the CFO.
* Managing the financial affairs of the organization.
* Forecasting cash flow positions and borrowing needs.
* Ensuring sufficient funds for operational and capital investment requirements.
* Using hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks related to currency and interest rates.
* Advising management on liquidity aspects.
* Maintaining effective policies and procedures for treasury activities and regulatory reporting.
Key Performance indicators:
* No defaults on any debt arrangement
* 95% on time payments for all invoices approved and ACH/wires that need to be drafted
* Manage cash forecast variance within a 10% for the year on quarterly average. Average variance % for each (see excel file)
Key stakeholders this person serves includes:
* MD, Finance and Accounting -- weekly liquidity needs and outlook, escalating issues as necessary
* Controller -- access to bank statements, interface of NetSuite to all bank accounts, updates for new bank accounts opened (or how being used), support for actual cash contributed to entities for equity calc purposes
* General Counsel -- debt compliance
* Investment team (occasionally) -- updated liquidity outlook, support model forecast
* Investor Treasury team -- capital calls, capital need forecasts, bank/treasury compliance
* Investors -- capital calls, capital need forecasts
* Lenders -- compliance, communication

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in Treasury management
- 2+ years of management experience
- Experience working directly with Liquidity, payments/credit arrangement, debt agreements, cash forecasting/cash management - MBA, CFA null
