Insight Global Workstream Delivery Lead in Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 5 Workstream Delivery Leads / Program Managers for a large financial client in Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ / NYC / Chicago, IL / or Plano, TX. These individuals will be joining a Portfolio Management team within the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology line of business focused on a Financial Regulatory Reporting Automation initiative. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.

Skills and Requirements
At least 8-12 years experience in an IT organization/environment, 5+ years experience leading complex cross-functional IT initiatives in large scale enterprise application architecture and implementation
At least 7-10 years business analysis experience and/or demonstrated ability to effectively translate technical issues into business terms and deliver the information in a clear, concise way, ensuring the organization makes rapid and informed decisions
Self-driven leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results and demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in priorities with ease and is comfortable working in the gray while defining the way forward
Strong executive presence and communication skills needed to partner with, establish credibility with and influence key stakeholders in a heavily matrixed environment.
Execution-oriented with ability to quickly organize work and execute with speed
Able to manage multiple threads of work and balance / decision competing priorities - BAC Change Management (or equivalent); familiarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management (eDIM)
Degree in Communications, Business, Finance or Engineering, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience with MRAs, Regulatory Rules/Regulations, and/or other regulatory related change.
Prior experience in CFO/Treasury/Markets/Finance null
