Insight Global Manager Membership Content in Charlottesville, Virginia
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a senior content writer and content curator to manage the creation of membership-exclusive content for a large financial institution. This candidate will be responsible for creating and approving all AI-generated and in-house content created for members - this content must be dynamic, educational, and engaging for esteemed institution members.
Day to Day:
* Curate, collate, contextualize, and repackage existing content and resources from education, Research & Policy Center, events, societies, and career resources to address members' professional needs.
* Understand the needs and pain points of members to inform curation and content transformation strategy.
* Publish and highlight content on the digital member portal, ensuring the online content in the portal is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
* Lead AI initiatives on behalf of membership to contextualize, transform and/or repackage existing content into derivative content for members.
* Contextualize content in different ways based on member segments (e.g., role, level of experience/seniority, geography, etc.).
* Responsible for analyzing member portal data and using data to inform content curation and delivery strategy.
* Partner with marketing to increase member awareness of and engagement with this content.

Skills and Requirements
* Investment industry experience - knowledge of industry trends, current issues, industry roles and ability to understand the needs of industry participants
* AI curious and willing to learn and execute AI-related projects * Editorial background helpful
* Web platform experience nice to have but not necessary if there's a strong willingness to learn null
