Insight Global Secret Financial Analyst in Chesapeake, Virginia

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Secret Financial Systems Analyst with 7+ years of experience in support of one of are large federal clients in Moorestown, NJ. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for assisting the government in monitoring, managing, and controlling costs, resources (dollars, hours, labor) and estimations for Statement of Work (SOW) and Task Planning Sheets (TPS), generate, update, and consolidate the Task Planning Sheets and Statement of Work, evaluate organizational performance and analyze the impact of various programs and policies on the budget, and collaborate on initiatives related to Navy Enterprise Resource Planner (ERPs) and Wide Area Workflows. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:

 Regularly engage with government liaisons and the Contracting Officer Representative.

 Demonstrate proficiency in professional communication with high-level executives and senior leadership.

 Leverage familiarity and experience in working with Federal programs and government budgets.

 Deliver formal and informal status updates to commanding officers or team members.

 Utilize PowerPoint for creating and presenting materials to senior leadership and during weekly meetings.

 Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, creating worksheets, workbooks, and innovative data presentations.

 Collaborate with courts to initiate Purchase Requests (PRs) for monetary requirements.

 Manage budgets and prepare financial reports.

Skills and Requirements

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent higher education

 A high school diploma or GED equivalent with professional experience in Finance or Accounting is acceptable in lieu of college degree

Experience with DoD/DON programs, Industry or Government technical management, and industry or Government business management

 Experience in financial/cost analysis.

 Expertise in Microsoft EXCEL

 Must maintain the capacity to communicate with their supervisor and/or Manager when not in the office null
