Insight Global Marketing Manager (CHICAGO) in Chicago, Illinois
Job Description
This Marketing Manager will be working for a global financial services company working within on the retail lending side of this bank including products such as so mortgages, personal loans, helocs. They will work on pre screen and direct mail marketing campaigns, and email marketing campaigns doing execution based work. This role is mostly executional, being 70% executional and 30% strategic/creative. They will work on mostly traditional marketing campaigns, with some digital elements such as email. There may be an opportunity to work with digital search ads and display ads as well.
They will manage the entire marketing process such as:
Submitting an intake to creative team for a new campaign
Submitting updates to the website
Get approvals on campaign components from product, compliance, sending final files to vendors, heavy marketing coordination
Sit in meetings with analytics to go over reporting, give intakes regarding reports
Communicating with partners on product information including what they are selling and the components involved
Work with creative teams to produce mail and email, as well as work with creative vendors

Skills and Requirements
4+ years of Marketing experience, managing marketing campaigns with direct mail components (this is 100% traditional, direct mail marketing)
Financial services experience or regulated industry such as Insurance or healthcare is a must
Product marketing experience (not promoting an event or service, but an actual product).
Large enterprise experience
Self starter, go getter, confident, take ownership on projects, run with things with little management, hard worker, ability to know the right questions to ask and when to take the lead
Longevity with companies throughout their career
Bachelor's degree in: Marketing, Advertising, or Business
Numbers driven, understands ROI, cost benefit analysis
Must be local to Chicago or San Francisco, 2 days per week in the office Numbers driven, understands ROI, cost benefit analysis
Based out of Chicago, hybrid one day a week
