Insight Global Senior Functional Business Analyst in Chicago, Illinois
Job Description
This specialty insurance company is looking to add an additional Business/Functional Analyst to their growing Benefits Business Unit. This role will focus on process design, project management, lean transformation, and documentation to scale the business. This Analyst will report directly into the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for leading projects and making sure the business is aligned to issue a stage of growth from a process perspective. The scope of responsibilities can be fluid as business needs may shift and requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity at times.
The overall goal is to drive process optimization to drive growth, decrease costs and minimize risk.
An ideal candidate will have a background in the Health & Benefits space, experience as a consultant, ability to lead Lean transformation, project management skills, and demonstrated success of process design.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of Business/Functional Analyst
Lean Six Sigma Experience
Strong understanding and ability to implement Process Design
o Experience with Visio, creating Org Models, System configuration & customization,
Project Management experience
Experience with Process Automation Health & Benefits Background,
including self funding null
