Insight Global Senior Technology Strategist in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

* Candidates must be local to Chicago, IL and comfortable with 2-3 days onsite per week. *

This person will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of IT program strategy and will be responsible for building out dashboards to create governance for technology program health as related to the organizations initiatives. They will develop and oversee technology programs health with hiring, process, metrics and KPIs, financials, etc. aligned with the organizations technology transformation objectives.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT, preferably within financial services or banking (regulated environments).

  • Strong data visualization skills and ability to build enterprise dashboards for technical program tracking, KPIs, financials, resource allocation, etc. (PowerBI/Tableau)

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology program health and initiative governance.

  • Strong ability to analyze and manipulate mature data.

  • Ability to and prior experience giving presentations on technology program data, financials, budget, progress, and process improvement recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders and c-suite.

  • Experience liaisoning between IT and business to gather data insights. - Coming from a hands-on technical background in early career years (engineer, developer, architect, etc.) null
