Insight Global Sales Support Representative in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Job Description
An employer is looking for a Medicare Sales Support Representative in the Colorado Springs, CO area. The Representative will be working closely with sales and market leadership to develop leads and new stakeholders. With a focus on grassroots and community-based work, the representative will help by attending events across the market, partake in or sponsor events in the community and sell the healthcare services of the organization. We are looking for someone who is timely, professional, and enjoys working with people face to face.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Pay range is between $23 and 27 an hour. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development
Experience with life sciences or healthcare (Life/Health License preferred (AHIP, Gorman)
Understanding of healthcare, particularly Medicare/Medicaid Advantage
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to lift 20 lbs Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) null
