Insight Global Segment Risk Lead - IAM in Columbus, Ohio

Job Description

LOOKING TO PAY BETWEEN 45-55/hr.

A Segment Risk Manager (SRM) of information technology (IAM) is responsible for supporting the management of all Identity & Access Management security and related issues within a company. Exhibit a full understanding of provisioning/deprovisioning and Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes. This can include response to regulatory Findings and navigating through the process creating Action Plans as well as overseeing the lifecycle of the risk management processes. A SRM will require soft skills to communicate with multiple department functions, align with analytical skills to collect data, analyze IAM related risk, and make sound decisions based on results. This role will need to be able to spot holes and weaknesses that others may have missed within the IAM ecosystem.

* Directs control evaluation and substantiation activities to ensure timely and appropriate execution of operational risk activities, including the Risk Control Self-Assessment process.

* Ensure appropriate control design and conduct control design reviews with technology and business stakeholders.

* Develop and update best practice documentation to support best in class risk assessment and control evaluation/substantiation activities.

* Oversee and ensure the administration of operational and regulatory risk strategy programs for an identified business segment.

* Deliver timely escalation of all issues requiring attention to senior management.

* Work with business line to identify key risks and controls and develop effective internal control processes and conduct testing of those controls.

* Develops and maintains strong working relationships with business line management through continuous and proactive communications.

* Deliver timely and pertinent analysis to Senior Risk Manager on testing results, highlighting areas requiring attention and activities, which are inconsistent with business line policies and procedures

Skills and Requirements

PLUSSES :

o Background in Risk -- This role will be in the risk space; a background will be important so they can look at findings and ensure there is evidence to remediate findings and controls MUST HAVES :

o Strong identity and access management background -- holistic understanding of all functions

o Deprovisioning, provisioning, decommissioning, access management, reconciliations, etc.

o Conceptually understand privilege access management -- how accounts should be identified, discovered, and managed

o Understand how PAM works

o Experience with tools like CyberArk, Delinea, SailPoint, etc.

o Effective verbal communication skills -- Needs to be confident in making decisions, communicating with regulation team, etc. null
