Insight Global Service Desk Admin in Dallas, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Service Desk Admins to sit onsite with a client in Downtown Dallas 5 days a week for a short term contract to help with a bulk configuration of IOS devices. There is a pre-defined SOP to be followed with the expectation of unboxing and configuring roughly 20 devices a week using Intune and help prepare them to be shipped out across the globe.

-2+ years of Service Desk experience
-MDM software experience
-Experience setting up/configuring IOS devices -Intune
