Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a remote Benefits Analyst to sit remotely for one of our largest clients in the Dayton, Ohio area. This individual will be joining the team as a contract employee with the possibility of receiving a full time offer from the client at the end of the contract. They will be working alongside the Benefits Coding Services team where they will be evaluating, recommending and administering benefit programs. This individual will be collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams to develop and implement programs for individuals that reflect the organizations goals and values. This person will need to have a strong communicative and collaborative personality.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience as a benefits analyst working in a medical insurance environment
2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service role
Excel knowledge Facets experience null
