Insight Global Quality Control Specialist in Dover, Delaware

Job Description

This person would work with the eSubmittal technical team and DMV, to help test the eSubmittal application and other DMV applications (as time permits). Additionally, this person will help with on-boarding and implementing Dealers on the eSubmittal application. This individual will create test scripts with DMV specialist and execute test plan. They will identify, document, and report software defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

This position will sit on-site in Dover, DE 3 days a week.

Compensation is between $28-$32 /hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes

  • Ability to drive tactical planning to help in organizing Dealer eSubmittal implementation

  • High-level organizational ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills in reviewing and implementing procedures and policies

  • Strong organization and communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing customer expectations

  • Familiarity with various testing techniques and tools

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills null
