Insight Global Security Analyst II in Englewood, Colorado
Job Description
A client in the Englewood CO area is looking for a Security Analyst to join their growing internal Lab Operations support organization. This team handles the majority of the organizations security support. This is a compliance heavy security position. This role will range anywhere from IP issues, to monitoring the labs equiptment for security vulnerabilities. This team also does a small portion of automation to generate security reporting, and uses it to identify what equiptment is needed from those reports to fix the issue at hand. The autonomous IP's help in identifying the equiptment owner to then more efficiently troubleshoot and solve the issue. There is also a portion of vulnerability scanning, and working with different teams to remediate those vulnerabilities.
Pay Range $40-$45 / hour.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in Cyber Security
Working Linux knowledge
Security Vulnerability knowledge (CDE, KEV, Remediation)
Hardware / Networking understanding (Routers, Switches, etc.) Security Certifications
Scripting knowledge
Database administration skills / understanding
Data manipulation experience null
