Insight Global TS/SCI with Polygraph Systems Engineer in Fort George G Meade, Maryland
Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a TS/SCI with Polygraph cleared Senior Systems Administrator to support a defense contract in the Fort Meade, MD area. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems and installing/loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity of the systems.
Implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Providing support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Providing support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
Optimizing system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
Supporting the design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.
Providing detailed analysis and feedback to necessary parties based on escalated tickets, problems, and resolutions.
Creating detailed documentation of processes and procedures taken.

Skills and Requirements
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
15 years of experience as a Systems Administrator supporting a dynamic environment of Unix and Windows systems null
