Job Description
Iron Bow Technologies is currently looking for a manager to oversee our Security, Engineering and Architecture teams supporting Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS and VDI for executive branch agencies across the commonwealth of Virginia. The Iron Bow Security, Engineering and Architecture Manager provides management and guidance in the following areas: SCCM Administration, Jamf Administration, Software packaging and deployments, Security patching, Driver deployments, PC Imaging, IT Security and Architecture. This role will interface regularly with internal Service Operations and Regional Managers and other Supplier organizations to assist in resolving issues, improving processes and increasing productivity. The Security, Engineering and Architecture Manager is responsible for providing overall program oversight and project execution Security, Engineering and Architecture Services to include developing an understanding of client business needs, achieving customer confidence and satisfaction, providing thought leadership, exploring ways to continuously improve processes and data integrity.
-Pay can vary from $50/hr to $60/hr based on experience

Skills and Requirements
-5-7 years in a related technical environment
*5 years of experience using Enterprise deployment tools (Intune, SCCM, Jamf)
*Strong technical project management experience is desired
*Original Equipment Manufacture certifications/training desired
*5+ years Scripting experience desired
*5+ years Windows troubleshooting desired
*3+ years network troubleshooting desired
*ITIL Foundations desired
*4+ years of people management experience desired null
