Insight Global Business Data Analyst in Henrico, Virginia
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst to support one of our clients in Richmond VA. The selected candidate will work closely with business users and technical partners, will drive discussions with various source systems, subject matter expertise and downstream users of the data resiliency platform to identify, define, and implement data requirements. Candidate will work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure the business requirements are being met. Candidate will be responsible for translating requirements into Agile stories for developers. Candidate partners closely with Technology to create an infrastructure and processes that adhere to the EDM standards and other regulatory mandates. The candidate will provide ongoing support for the data resiliency platform regarding reporting, data usage, onboarding new users, and identifying new requirements. Participates in defining an architectural vision and solution architecture which aligns with the enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices.
Hourly pay range is $65-70 depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements
1.) 7-10 years of experience in business analysis and data governance/ EDM standards
2.) Strong SQL querying skills
3.) Understanding of database design and modeling
4.) Strong communication skills and ability to interface with technical teams and high level stakeholders null
