Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technology Project Manager to join one of our large financial clients. This position requires at least five years of experience in technology project management. An ideal candidate will have some experience functioning in a Scrum Master capacity, as well. This individual must possess a strong technology acumen (with the ability to comprehend and demonstrate command of technical work efforts), proactive approach, and excellent communication skills (will be expected to present to project leadership in a clear and concise manner regularly).
Interested applicants must be willing to work onsite at least three days per week in one of the following locations: Kennesaw, GA, Richmond, VA, or Chicago, IL.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise-level technology environments
Strong technical acumen, including background in leading enterprise technology efforts
Clear and concise communication skills (will present project to leadership frequently)
Proactive approach and strong sense of urgency
Jira experience and/or other industry standard Agile tools
Knowledgeable in enterprise compliance and risk standards and processes
Comfortable learning new policies, processes, etc. - Experience as a Scrum Master (or hybrid Scrum/PM role) highly preferred
Prior banking industry experience, including understanding of enterprise change process
Relevant certifications PMP, CSM, PSM, and/or SAFe null
