Job Description
Insight Global is looking to fill a Scrum Master to support a federal financial client of ours in a modernization project of tax processing systems. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience as a servant leader who has coached multiple teams and multiple programs. The coach will be responsible for identifying and launching teams/ARTs, facilitating program/ART ceremonies, coaching all levels of the program, driving collaboration and alignment between teams and objectives, and relentlessly driving continuous improvement. Pay rate is based on experience and ranges from 40-80/hr.
