Job Description
A leading finance and insurance client of Insight Global is seeking a Country Manager in Lahore, Pakistan to lead their insurance, information technology, and human resources function in the assigned Country, while overseeing all aspects of the operations. The Country Manager is a key role in driving business growth, building strong relationships with local and global stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of the strategies in the local market. The role involves strategic partnerships, enhancing the company's foundation, and driving sustainable growth. The Country Manager will handle regulatory relationships, compliance management, and foster local and international business development.
This role is designed for a leader who is adept at navigating complex business environments to drive stability and operational excellence. The successful candidate will possess a blend of strategic foresight, operational acumen, and a profound understanding of the assigned Country. The salary range for this position is $35,000-90,000 USD.

Skills and Requirements
-15+ years of related work experience in business management, preferably with experience in managing BPO, KPO setups, compliance, and legal operations.
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
-Experience in working with a U.S. based company
-Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
-Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory environments in Pakistan.
-Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience in living and working in culturally diverse environments.
-Strong analytical skills to assess data and market trends.
-Experience managing large teams and complex projects. -Master's degree preferred.
-Industry experience in the following: Insurance, Lending, Real Estate, Underwriting Operations, IT Technology Services null
