Insight Global Robotics Project Manager in Houston, Texas

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Robotics Project Manager to join their team. This person will be joining a new robotics organization that has been created and will be responsible for creating strategies, developing objectives, assist team leads with development and execution of plans, and activities by collaborating with partners. This engineer will be responsible for engaging the business units and developing business cases for robotics opportunities, execute robotic technology tests and evaluations, lead integration and adoption processes, and establish and maintain constant and efficient communication with internal stake holders.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of project management experience in planning and execution of projects involving technology solutions implementation, deployment, or adoption

Experience being involved in new product developments and influencing in the business

Must have O&G experience and be familiar with engineering processes

BS Degree (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics preferred)

Experience in leading and/or supporting implementation of successful technology or science-based applications or solutions to complex problems/challenges

Strong written and verbal communication skills Robotics, mechatronics, programming, sensors, instrumentation, and experimental science specialties are a plus

Knowledge of tanks, vessels and O&G regulations null
