Insight Global Senior Piping Designer in Houston, Texas
Job Description
One of Insight Global's premier industrial services clients is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Piping Designer to join their team in Houston, TX. This person will be joining the Piping Department and supporting several multi-million dollar projects. Daily, this person will be responsible for developing detailed piping designs and layouts using AutoCAD Plant 3D software and participating in model reviews as needed. Additionally, they will prepare all types of piping deliverables such as plot plans, piping layouts, equipment layouts, isometrics, and others. This person will be expected to make regular local site visits and work both independently and with other designers and engineers.

Skills and Requirements
Experience as a Piping Designer
AutoCAD Plant 3D modeling experience
ISO checking experience
Familiarity with scans and scanning software (CloudWorx, Laser Scanning, Kohera 3D Piping)
High school diploma or GED Valid drivers' license and acceptable violation history
Associate's degree in related field null
