Insight Global SQL DBA in Houston, Texas
Job Description
An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking a SQL DBA to join their team. Currently this team is responsible for the optimization and maintenance of the enterprise SQL on-prem environment. On a daily basis, this person will be assisting in setting up, configuring and automating the SQL databases as it relates to business and application initiatives. This person will be expected to perform typical DBA duties including patching, installations, etc. as well as support of 0365 and PowerApps. This person will be working closely with team members across the organization including executives and should have the ability to communicate and multitask effectively.

Skills and Requirements
5 years experience in SQL database administration
SQL experience patching, doing installations, set ups, etc.
Experience supporting 0365 and the PowerApps suite
Experience PowerShell scripting
Experience configuring the environment according to business requests Experience with Azure SQL null
