Job Description
An employer in West, TX is looking for a Delaware Basin Project Lead. The DBW Project Lead provides leadership and direction for construction, installation, and maintenance activities. We work together with members of the Operations and Engineering to safely execute our plans and support our zero-incident culture.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
Advanced proficiency with P&ID and isometrics
Proficient with Microsoft office suite 10+ years of construction/operation experience
5+ years of project management experience
Understanding of Well Control theories and techniques
Understanding of field operations and construction operations.
Technical training, or equivalent operations and maintenance experience.
Extensive operational, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance experience in Construction Base work settings
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English null
