Insight Global Remote GIS Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama
Job Description
A client is looking to hire remote GIS Analysts to support a large government contract. These candidates will be responsible for assignments related to imagery analysis and/or geospatial map production. This job requires knowledge of mapping/GIS software and product specifications to ensure a quality products are delivered. Candidates must display a solid understanding of the elements of imagery analysis and geospatial production. Assignments may include imagery analysis, interactive editing and the application of quality actions resulting from independent quality reviews. Candidates are expected to confidently apply established procedures, specifications, checklists, workflow definitions, and practices.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Geography or GIS OR Bachelors in another related field and 1+ years of experience supporting the Janus GIS program
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to work at a desk 40 hours a week in a fast-paced production environment null
