Insight Global Traveling Field Technician in Huntsville, Alabama
Job Description
The Field Technician is responsible for installing and servicing our leading Feed Bin Monitoring devices across the US with primary service responsibility in AL. Our company is experiencing significant growth, so there will be frequent travel (paid) to animal producer locations (chicken and swine) across the US.
-Participate in weekly team meetings to review the weekly install and service plan
-Utilize our software to accept and complete work orders
-Contact customers to arrange logistics
-Book your travel utilizing our company travel platform
-Travel to customer locations and install bin monitor devices

Skills and Requirements
-Problem solver, organized, works autonomously, reliable and trustworthy, good communication skills
-Comfortable climbing and working at heights (20ft - 40ft) while tethered with a safety harness
-Can utilize software and comfortable traveling
-Great attitude and representation of the company.
-This position interacts with customers as part of the installation and service process. Prior experience working within the agriculture industry. null
