Insight Global HVAC Controls Engineer in Indianapolis, Indiana
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Building Automation Engineer with programming experience. This tech will support our large HVAC customer in support of their commercial building customers. This person will need to have experience with Visual Basic programming or PLC programming if they don't have experience programming within a Building Automation System because it is a similar 'line by line' code.
- Loads system-level controller software.
-Performs basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (i.e. sensors, actuators, etc) and completes all required commissioning documentation.
-Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.
-Documents changes and provides information for as-built documentation.
-Follows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.

-Bachelors degree in an engineering field
-HVAC understanding
-Local and available to go onsite in Castleton area
-BAS /BMS programming or PLC programming from scratch null
