Insight Global Corporate Systems Trainer in Irvine, California
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Company Systems Trainer to support a local client. The ideal candidate will have previous mortgage experience, preferably in sales or processing, and will be responsible for conducting daily webinars to train the team on the use of their Loan Origination System (LOS), custom intranet, and other mortgage-related systems. The primary systems include LendingPad and Salesforce, and there will be training on all systems for new hires. (Previous experience in these systems is not required). This position will be reporting onsite to the Irvine, CA location 5 days per week. Some of the day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct daily training webinars for company employees on various systems, including LOS, custom intranet, and other mortgage-related software.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure they remain current with system updates and company processes.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions as needed to address specific employee needs or system challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to understand system updates and changes, ensuring training materials are updated accordingly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of mortgage processes and how they integrate with our systems.

Skills and Requirements
Previous experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in sales or processing.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex systems in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience conducting webinars or online training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and materials simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience working in LOS systems, CRMs, and POS's.
- Prior experience in a training or instructional role.
